Service Master Vaughan - North York did a fantastic job after we experienced flooding throughout or entire basement. Matthew who was the project manager quickly arranged for the demo team to come in. Gustavo and his crew arrived and within 2 days had completely removed all flooring and personal furniture and possessions that had been damaged. The team was always very pleasant and worked very hard to get the work completed. We having nothing but praise for Service Master and their team and we would highly recommend their services.
We recently had major water damage and used this company to replace our flooring. Johnathan and Scott did an absolutely incredible job! The floors look perfect. Our insurance provider recommended ServiceMaster to replace flooring that was damaged by an overflow flood from the unit above ours. Jonathan from ServiceMaster helped expedite the process and supported us throughout the estimation process with the insurer. On the construction side, Scott was a pleasure to work with—the team was fast, well-managed, and used excellent subcontractors (Demoklean really made sure our unit was spotless). I still don't know how they managed to move out all our belongings and complete the flooring in the time they'd allotted. A really professional team: responsive, professional, and great to work with. Would 100% recommend.
I had an ice dam in my roof. There was extensive damage to the roof, insulation, two ceilings, walls and carpeting. Scott was amazing, making himself available and attending to everything throughout what could have been a nightmare. Dino, Muhammad, Annie, Serti and the others worked quickly and did an excellent job of repairing, painting and installing whatever was necessary to fix the damage. My belongings were handled with care by every crew. I'm grateful to ServiceMaster for everything that they did. Thank you so much!
