Our insurance provider recommended ServiceMaster to replace flooring that was damaged by an overflow flood from the unit above ours. Jonathan from ServiceMaster helped expedite the process and supported us throughout the estimation process with the insurer. On the construction side, Scott was a pleasure to work with—the team was fast, well-managed, and used excellent subcontractors (Demoklean really made sure our unit was spotless). I still don't know how they managed to move out all our belongings and complete the flooring in the time they'd allotted. A really professional team: responsive, professional, and great to work with. Would 100% recommend.
I had an ice dam in my roof. There was extensive damage to the roof, insulation, two ceilings, walls and carpeting. Scott was amazing, making himself available and attending to everything throughout what could have been a nightmare. Dino, Muhammad, Annie, Serti and the others worked quickly and did an excellent job of repairing, painting and installing whatever was necessary to fix the damage.
